Being a Java Licensee has many benefits including access to Sun's engineering experts and to a top 10 technology brand. Only licensees can claim Java specification and Technical Compatibility Kit (TCK) compatibility by displaying a Java logo. Java Technology Compliance Logo Programs

The Java Technology Compliance Logo Programs are designed to demonstrate that your Java technology-enabled products have met industry recognized test criteria created by Java technology experts. These Logo Programs are offered to Java Licensees who may be eligible to use the Compliance Logo(s) in conjunction with their Java technology certified product according to the terms and conditions stated in the Trademark License Agreement.

Use these logos only when you have successfully completed the testing criteria in one of the programs below, or qualify based on your Java Technology Commercial License:

• Java ME or Java Card Technology
  Make your products stand out in a crowd! Add the Java Powered logo to your eligible products and their packaging, and send the message that your products leverage Java technology. Tell consumers they can expect an exciting, enriched experience.
  
  
• Java SE Technology
  The Java Compatible logo was designed for Sun's Java technology licensees using the Java programming language source code to integrate Java Platform, Standard Edition technology into their commercial products.
  
  
• Java EE Technology
  Use the Java Compatible, Enterprise Edition logo to show your product uses the Java programming language source code that integrates Java Platform, Enterprise Edition technology. Such products will have passed the appropriate compatibility tests for all commercial versions of the Java EE Platform.

Java Licensee Logo Program

The Java Licensee Logo Program is designed exclusively for your use. Only Java Licensees can take advantage of this program to distinguish themselves in the marketplace.

The usage of this logo can be applied to a variety of media, such as websites, marketing material, trade show material and collateral. To use this logo, you must also be a current SCSL licensee with the appropriate signed Trademark Licenses. The Java Licensee Logo is not intended to be used in connection with a specific Licensee Product. For product branding, be sure to use the appropriate Java Technology Compliance Logo in conjunction with your product.
