Developers who have successfully tested their applications using the Java AVK for the Enterprise may apply to join the Java Powered for the Enterprise Program and obtain the right to use the Java Powered for the Enterprise trademark and logo in their application and in their promotional materials relating to their tested application. Alternatively, products using the Java programming language source code that integrates Java Platform, Standard Edition (Java SE), or Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (Java EE) technology, and have passed the appropriate compatibility testing for all commercial versions of the Java SE or EE platforms are eligible to license the Java Compatible brand for use in product packaging, collateral, and splash screens.
