A warning feature has been added to Java's applet behavior. When an unsigned applet opens a new window, outside of the browser, a icon appears around the applet. This icon is a triangular warning sign appearing on the top right corner of the applet. A triangular icon is displayed in black and white until clicked. When clicked, the icon is tinted yellow before it reverts to black and white. When the icon is hovered over with the cursor, the tooltip appears. |
