Error 403: Error downloading Java to your machine

SYMPTOMS
During the Java installation the user receives an error dialog similar to this:
CAUSE
An 'HTTP Error 403' error can occur because of proxy, firewall or other network issues, during download or installation of Java on to your system.
SOLUTION
In order to resolve the issue you can try to download Java using the offline method.
Download using the
Java offline installer.
