Error Copying New Files

SYMPTOMS

While attempting to install the Java , the installation seems to stop and the message “Copying New Files” appears for a long period of time.
CAUSE

This behavior might occur either if there is slow connection or if connection is lost between download server and requesting node. We are still investigating the root cause of this issue.
SOLUTION

  1. Download/Install JRE using offline option from::
    Offline Download/Install
  2. Restart the download, and allow extra time for it to complete the download and installation process.
