How do I uninstall the Yahoo! Toolbar from Firefox?

There are two ways to remove the Yahoo! Toolbar from Firefox.
Method 1

The easiest way is to use the uninstall menu item:

Click the Pencil menu on the Yahoo! Toolbar.

Click Uninstall from the drop down menu.

Enter any feedback you want to send to Yahoo! about why you are uninstalling Toolbar.

Click Uninstall.

Restart your browser.

Method 2

You can also use Add-ons in Firefox to remove the Yahoo! Toolbar.

Click the Tools menu in the Firefox browser.

Click on Add-ons from the drop down menu.

In the Add-ons window select the Yahoo! Toolbar.

Click on Uninstall.

Again click Uninstall in Uninstall the Yahoo! Toolbar window.

Exit Add-ons window and restart your browser.
