New Functionality

With this Developer Release of the Java Store beta, we have added some new functionality – Payment and a new user interface.

  • Payment allows you to purchase for-fee applications available in the Java Store. At this time, purchases can be made using PayPal™.
  • The new user interface delivers improved navigation and an enhanced look-and-feel. You can also now create your own account in the Java Store.

The Java Store is currently available for U.S. residents, as part of the Java Store Beta Program.

Known Issues

We are tracking, and working to address, several known usability issues with this Developer Release version of the Java Store. They will be addressed before the end of the beta program, and we appreciate your willingness to work around these issues for the time being.
