For any questions or assistance to resolve Java issues, you can contact us via My Oracle Support, if this is not something you have done before, start with the Accessing Java Support Through My Oracle Support section which is targeted at getting you set up and ready to file Java Service Requests (SRs).

Running production applications requires careful management, doubly so if they are mission critical, but there are guidelines to make sure that the applications remain as stable as possible for their lifetime. If you need help troubleshooting, it is important that you understand how to effectively work with us, what information to provide, etc.
