What if I found a bug in Java?

Open a Technical Service Request and Java Support and Sustaining will investigate the issue.

If the problem is a known issue, or if we are able to resolve it, we will provide you with a solution.

If the problem is a bug in Java, we will aim to provide a fix in the form of a custom build of the JDK. If this build resolves the issue, we will make it available as a Bundled Patch Release and the fix will be considered for inclusion future releases.

Is my Java usage license compliant?

Java licensing can be complex, and we want to help you get on the right version, regardless of what you are using it for. Open a Non-Technical Service Request for any licensing questions. If it turns out that you need to migrate to a different release, we will help you with that process too.
