  • Triage support for any issue you are experiencing in your Java environment even if the issue is related to commonly use third-party components rather than the Oracle Java Runtime; see Support for Non-Oracle Java Runtimes Policy for more information.
  • Customer-only features for monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting, as well as performance enhancements; see Downloads for details.
  • Customer-specific JDK builds in the form of Bundled Patch Releases.
  • Access to customer-only updates to Java SE releases that have reached End-of-Life; see the Download Guide for details.

What We Can Help You With

The Java product group support team can help you with any issues you might encounter or questions you might have related to setting up, running, optimizing, trouble shooting, upgrading or updating your Java applications and environment. Just open a Service Request and we will be happy to assist.

Some of the common things we help customers with include (but are not limited to):

  • Analyzing logs and other files to identify application and configuration issues.
  • Downloading the Oracle JDK and additional components, and setting up systems for automatic updates.
  • Installing and configuring the JDK.
  • Upgrading your code or your existing applications from one JDK version to a newer one.
  • Configuring your JDK, for example to improve performance or to make use of the latest security settings.
  • Troubleshooting the JDK, for example by diagnosing crashes and pinpointing memory leaks.
  • Keeping the JDK up to date.
